Just wanted to let you know I finally used and abused the first set of batteries you sent us some time back. I used our Demo boat over Friday and Saturday and really gave the batteries a solid workout, regularly using the Invertor driven Microwave, Fridge and leaving lights etc on where normally they'd be switched off. From dropping anchor on Friday at 1pm to leaving at 10am Saturday morning I'd only dropped from 12.6 to 12.1 volts. Using conventional batteries in this manner would have certainly sent the low voltage alarm on the invertor off!

So we have now decided to use these batteries as standard in our boats and I have passed your contact details to our Production Contractor so they can order directly from you.

Hi, My name's Peter Cochrane, and I race the Absorbed Power Lightning Cleans Pro Stock 1500 cc Kawasaki motorcycle. In Racing Pro Stock bikes, I found that there was a huge demand on my power supply, especially when I don’t use a charging system while the bike is actually running . My ignition system was starving for more power. It just wasn’t there. The results were amazing. Right from the first time I had started the bike with the new 18 amp/h AGM, I knew there was a big difference. Our Pro Stock Kawasaki holds the Willowbank strip record for a modified bike (8.20 se @156 mph). Thanks to PowerDive and their great Absorbed Glass Mat batteries, we have improved to (8.00 se @ 165 mph). I couldn’t believe that my ignition system was starving for so much power. After having lived in remote situations for the last ten years,namely 6 years on our ocean going 50ft motor sailer and 4 years on the Opal fields in our Motor home and Cottage it is a great relief and pleasure to finally have found a battery that is capable of the extremes that we require.It accepts large amperage which reduces charge time. It delivers stable and long lasting power. No maintenance,wonderful. High and low temperatures are of no consequence. In our present situation vibration is not an issue however I'm sure the battery would cope well due to its construction. The current application for the our Absorbed Power investment is in the engine room with the diesel generator at our Opal mine. The batteries do the starting and is also support the 2000 watt inverter that is in daily use.
